Hon’ble Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman has been reiterating that NACIN Palasamudram would become hub for excellence and taking it forward, first ever conference for officers under CBIC in the form of Annual ADGs Conference of Directorate General of Vigilance was hosted at new complex.


Member Admin Sh. Alok Shukla and Member (IT and TPS) & Pr DG, Vigilance Smt. Aruna Narayan Gupta inaugurated the Annual ADGs Conference of Directorate General of Vigilance CBIC at NACIN Palasamudram wherein officers brainstormed issues to enhance efficiency in the sphere of vigilance administration.

NACIN Palasamudram had concluded 4 day joint training program for senior gst audit officers of 25 States and Center on GST Audit of Banking Sector. The chief guest for valediction of the training was Mrs Simi Jain, Director General (Audit) and Mrs Sudha Koka, ADG, NACIN presided over the event. The training delivered by highly eminent faculty , imparting deep and valuable learning in gst implications of banking transactions , was highly appreciated by officers who exemplified the spirit of one nation , one tax, one gst officer family.

In yet another first , in the spirit of cooperative federalism, NACIN Palasamudram collaborated with GST Council Secretariate and DG Audit CBIC , in launching 4 day joint training program for 25 States and Center on GST thematic Audit of Banking Sector . Director General NACIN Dr K N Raghavan inaugurated the program and exhorted the participants to utilise the insights gained in the program to enhance tax payer service delivery through non - adversarial and efficient audit.

Delighted to share that Mr. Yoosuf Maniu Mohamed, Commissioner General of Maldives Customs Services, visited NACIN Palasamudram on March 2, 2024. Engaging and productive discussions were held with the team of officials headed by Dr. KN Raghavan, DG NACIN, focusing on enhancing cooperation and capacity building in customs-related matters between the two countries.
