NACIN Welcomes NADT to Palasamudram Campus On April 5, 2024, a momentous occasion unfolded at the newly constructed NACIN Campus in Palasamudram, Andhra Pradesh. Dr. K.N. Raghavan, the Director General of NACIN, extended a warm welcome to Shri Simanchala Dash, Principal Director General (Training), and other officials from the National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT).
During their interaction, Dr. Raghavan provided insights into the cutting-edge facilities available at the campus. He elaborated on the diverse training programs conducted there, emphasizing the immersive training experiences offered. The guided tour showcased the state-of-the-art infrastructure, reinforcing the commitment to excellence in tax administration.
A pivotal highlight of the visit was the collaboration between these two pillars of India’s taxation systems. The exchange of knowledge, expertise, and best practices promises to elevate training standards.
Shri Simanchala Dash congratulated NACIN and suggested that NADT and NACIN would explore more avenues for cooperation in Capacity building.

Dr. K.N.Raghavan, Director General, NACIN interacted with senior officers of Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House (JNCH) on 03.04.2024. During interaction he explained various initiatives being taken up at the new Campus at Palasamudram for the capacity building of the in-service officers and IRS Probationers using new age technologies. He further explained in detail, how the new campus is actively engaging with other National and International agencies to improve coordination among various stakeholders and Government services . He motivated the officers to be an active participant in development of the new Academy and suggest measures for its improvement.
