(i) Niche Courses: At NACIN Vadodara, we are proud to be at the forefront of developing competencies in key areas where strengthening is essential for efficient governance and enforcement. Our campus has been instrumental in advancing training in emerging fields such as Digital Forensics and Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, we have designed comprehensive courses covering over 72 different services, ensuring officers are well-equipped to handle the complexities of service tax and related regulations.

(ii) In service Training of Senior Gr ‘A’ Officers: Our focus goes beyond technical training. We have conducted specialized programs on Emotional Intelligence and Analytics for senior officers, fostering leadership qualities and data-driven decision-making. These courses aim to enhance both the professional and personal development of officers, preparing them to tackle the challenges of a dynamic administrative environment.

(iii) Holistic Induction Trainings: We also strive to enrich the training experience for officers undergoing Induction Training. To this end, we actively promote a holistic approach to development, encouraging participation in trekking, sports, and yoga as part of their training regimen. Furthermore, we arrange hands-on attachments with Customs formations, the K9 Centre, the Coast Guard, and the Border Security Force (BSF), providing practical exposure that complements their learning.

(iv) Distinguished Pool of Acclaimed Trainers: In this journey of Niche Courses, experiential and holistic learnings, NACIN, Vadodara, has accumulated a cache of distinguished, experienced and unique trainers. We also have published a directory ‘साराांश’ to maintain record for future use
