At NACIN Lucknow our endeavour is to ensure greatest commitment towards capacity building of our Staff and officers of all cadres. We are totally aligned with the Idea of CBIC that capacity building of our human resource will lead to a more efficient Tax administration which will improve the ease of doing business and will ultimately lead to nation building. We aim at contributing our part in the Government’s vision of Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas. In this direction our efforts are concentrated towards training programmes that target two major areas

a) Programmes aimed at Self exploration and development

b) Programmes aimed at developing skills and specialisations.

To achieve this goal our staff puts up relentless efforts to schedule organise trainings in different key areas. The variety of courses offered at NACIN zonal Campus varies from sessions on Spirituality, yoga, healthy living, medical awareness programmes to extensively technical programmes on GST, CUSTOMS, AUDIT. Programmes on BIFA, ADVAIT etc. We also conduct mandatory trainings like induction trainings and various outreach and collaborative programmes.

I am immensely proud of the efforts of our dedicated passionate faculty members who help us to achieve highest standards in capacity building.

NACIN ZONAL CAMPUS boasts of a very beautiful campus very strong infrastructure and various facilities like state-of-the-art Gymnasium, library and hostel.
