The National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes & Narcotics (NACIN), under the administrative control of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC),Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, is the apex institution of the Government of India for capacity building in the field of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics. The Academy has its Headquarter in Palasamudram along with sixteen Zonal Campuses spread all across India and Bhubaneswar Zonal Campus is one of them.

"National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics, Zonal Campus, Bhubaneswar started functioning in the month of June, 2017. The office premises is located at Plot No-35, Satya Nagar, Bhubaneswar, PIN-751007, Odisha. The Academy is within few distance from railway station and bus stand located at Master Canteen, Bhubaneswar. The Academy primarily focusses on capacity building of the departmental officers of GST, Central Excise and Customs, Bhubaneswar Zone and has been the centre of knowledge for industry, trade and other stakeholders concerned with indirect taxation like Odisha CT & GST Department."
