NACIN, Palasamudram has successfully conducted the “Training on Drug Law Enforcement “for DySP and above level officers of various Law Enforcement Agencies of Centre and States viz., State Police, DRI, Narcotics,CRPF,BSF, Railway Police Force, from 24.06.2024 to 28.06.2024.

A 5 days CITES Enforcement Training at NACIN,Palasamudram, under WCO INAMA India and South Asia Project, was inaugurated by Shri. Roopam Kapoor, Pr. DG, NACIN. Officers from various formations of Customs are participating in the Workshop. Pr. DG, NACIN stressed the importance of CITES Convention and the need to protect the flora and fauna and urged the participants to disseminate the knowledge gained in this workshop to other officers of the department.

The greening team of NACIN Palasamudram organized for the celebration of World Environment Day with great fervour in the Spice & Nut Garden within the campus. Shri Peri Umashankar, Pr. ADG along with the officers, staff and childern from nearby villages joined in tree-planting ceremony. Pr. ADG talked to the children on the importance of planting trees and spread joy amongst the little ones who will be taking the legacy forward.
